Hi Crosby…great video. Interested in seeing more of Sayulita. I will be visiting this month to PV and may have to add Sayulita to my things to do list. Thanks!
Great video, bit interesting and confirming that after your swim scene in Sayulita, you became sick. I have about 25 different friends that have gone to Sayulita in the last 2 years and EVERYONE is getting sick. It’s not the food, it’s the ocean. In December of 2021 Sayulita was ranked as top 3 most polluted beaches in all of Mexico. The 2019 supposed fix to the sewage problem was really just enlarging the pipe that sends the poop out 2km out to ocean. This alleviated the sewer pump trucks that would frequent the river pump house treatment plant several times a day to deal with overflow. I’m not sure how much longer the state can call this town “magical” as everyone I know is now getting sick here. The freeway is almost complete as well that will continue to compound the problem. The only thing at this point to get awareness is to write about it and make videos like this one that expose the problem. Instead your video is just adding to the problem of bribing more growth to a town in desperate need of a fix. As much as I love Sayulita and have been coming now for almost 20 years, the magic is lost is days of lost vacation nursing our health back. No thanks. 😢
Yep... I briefly touched on this in my pros and cons video but even the locals say that Sayulita has some of the dirtiest water in Mexico. You definitely need to be careful with which beaches you swim at!
Lol!! Just Lake Michigan everyone in Wisconsin IL Michigan Indiana we're all bunch of sick polluted lakes, SOME locals even have cancer but so we are f*cked either way North and South of the border.....💅🏽
Wish so much I was there! Back quite a few yrs ago we knew a family who lived in the hills of Sayulita...gorgeous views and beaches...But the most fun at that time was taking part in the "Revolution" festival in La Penita. Little kids all dressed up, Police cruising around and standing up in the backs of trucks, little boys carrying fake rifles. (I just love that there are fewer of those types of restrictions than like here in Canada). You are one lucky lady!
Hey just happen to watch your video, glad to see the younger generation of women making the move alone. I recently did it as well (Bucerias), I wish I would have done it when I was younger . It’s so empowering to make the make in any different culture/country …YOLO
PLEASE be careful....being a woman alone in Mexico it's not safe trust me I am a Mexican woman who fled because of safety concerns many years ago... Never Forget Where You Are... there's a lot of bad people in that country right now, the cartels are everywhere and ruling EVERY single state, they are the authoritie, they are the only governing Force there... I know and understand how American and European girls grew up in countries where it is safe to be a a sweet young girl like you, going to places alone and trusting everybody, without even giving it a second thought and then you come to places in Latin America and try to live the life you had there, ...the difference is that in that country (like in many other corrupt Nations) There is no justice. Trying to adapt to this new environment "To take it all in" without any concerns...Well sadly that is just a fantasy.... Foreigners and especially women are looked upon as a prey. It's just so sad every time there's news about a foreign girl who's disappeared or worse because nobody told them, because nobody forewarned them of the danger...That is not a safe place especially Not right now. Please don't be naive... and don't let your guard, down don't trust anybody
Literally, I love San Pancho and Sayulita. I've gone every year since 2020. I love every second I'm there. It's nice seeing a different set of eyes in it. I'll have to visit the beach you went to for sunset next time.
Your video documentary is awesome, You present it in such nice simple way it’s refreshing and that sister’s house hostel is awesome and offers so much to you, beaches, food and local shops look fun and with foods you made crave right now🎉so much I’m going to have to get some tacos 🌮 today ! Thank you so much for your enlightening video! Yeeey sayulita ❤
This is such a fun and informative video to watch. I stopped it just to say that, wait, a little more to follow. Oh drat! Now you don't feel well, I'm sorry :-( . Oh good, now you're feeling better. So far this is all captivating. I loved the "I hope I don't spend too much money", you're really having a great time. I think it is a good idea to express the good and the not so good you experienced. In short, you really know how to do a video. So many videos on other topics play music that drowns out the content that the vlogger wants to express. And your music is pleasant and fits the tone of your experience. Toning it down really makes us listen ever more carefully to your dictation...Touche` ! Sayulita, Mexico is a place I haven't heard of (certain there are many) so it was very fresh. From the U.S. I would like to vacation in Mexico for a month or so, but the wife still lives in the dark ages thinking that it is far from safe and refuses to listen anything to the contrary. So while watching videos like yours I feel I am right there with you. Thank you for that, excellent job. Be well, Be safe!
Nice stuff in there, I’m vegetarian also and cool to see a foreign girl who is also making it in Nayarit, mexico. Just as what you got, careful with what you eat sometimes. Not all the stomachs can endure all kinds of Mexican food. Welcome to México- a bienvenida a México. Solo falta que aprendas un poco de español. 😉
Hi Crosby - You never disappoint me with your videos. I got to say you look different. Yes, you're still very beautiful. But the smile on your face and your voice. You looked happy in the RV videos, but you are glowing in these. So glad to see you are truly that happy and enjoying life. What a beautiful city. How do you eat so much and look the way you do? The people at the Hostel you are staying at, are they travelers that can work on the road? Would be interested in knowing what they do as well. The beaches looked amazing and the markets seem so nice. Keep the yellow hat, nice choice & looks great. Saw a couple of Ariel views, is Dylan near by or are you flying? Definitely want to see the Pro's and Con's videos.
Thank you so much for watching and supporting! I'm so happy here. The people at my hostel are a mix of vacationers and remote workers, most doing contract/ consulting work for various companies. There are a few people working remote 9-5s for European-based companies too (they're always up the earliest!) I fly the drone myself! Dylan is visiting soon and I'm super excited.
Never been out of the country.. would love to move somewhere warm. From Illinois. Not ready for winter.. now getting into fall. Enjoy everything you can while you are still young.
This town has been “converted” into another USA town due to so many tourists (who stayed longer?) now living there. I wonder if many of the foreigners living there are actually “legal” there and are paying taxes (like if they will be in their countries).
I dont think people are wondering "why in the world would you do that". hundreds of thousands of people have been moving to Mexico the last few years to find freedom from tyrannical governments in Canada, US and Europe. as for Sayulita, wait till you get into the summer and experience the humidity... you might not want to stay. I can remember when I was there for a month last Sept-Oct. there were a couple days that were so hot and humid that I was sweating while I was swimming in the ocean. after spending 5 months on the beach in the area between Puerto Vallarta and Lo de Marcos I opted to move inland to escape the humidity. now I would only go to the beach between January and March. for example, right now I am on a one month stay in Acapulco. in Sayulita I stayed on the north side of town on the edge of the jungle. if you walk all the way to where the rocks prevent you from walking any further on the beach there is a fresh water stream that runs out into the ocean (although maybe not now in the middle of dry season). I was really happy to see you eat the tacos al pastor after you showed what you bought for groceries. I was worried that you were a vegetarian.
What city has the best weather in Mexico? I like 70° and under. Guanajuato, San Miguel? I've been thinking of moving to Merída, but is as hot as Florida.
is unfair that Mexico doesnt tax foreigners, because of that "finding freedom from tyrannical goverments", here everything is more expensive because you earn in dollars or euro, here people are struggling on finding flats with fair rents... So thanks.
@@alejszandra people are struggling everywhere in the world to find a place they can afford to live. do you not realize about inflation driving prices out of reach for people in wealthy countries too? why should Mexico be immune? not to mention that Latin nations are sending millions of poor people into the US and Canada that drive down wages for the citizens of those countries. you need to get out of your selfish, entitled bubble and look at the bigger picture. at least it is warm in Mexico so people wont freeze to death if they dont have a place to live, unlike Canada. you are welcome to do the same as me. many Mexicans are moving to places like Columbia now where things are even cheaper. I am thinking of going there also because the exchange rate of the CAD$ vs the Mexican peso is getting terrible now. so no, things arent just perfect and easy for me either. I am retired and have to make sure I dont run out of money before I die.
Nayarit is a wonderful place, I used to go there often with my family. The capital city Tepic was a very safe place, everything was good, we had never had a problem but recently I heard that crime is rising so be careful.
Thanks for the video!FYI, Over $5 USD for a small jar of peanut butter isn’t cheap. That’s what peanut butter costs at Whole Foods in the U.S. You’ll find much better prices if you check out the Mercado outside the tourist area.
If you like sweets Slice banana length & in half then freeze. Remove from freezer, drizzle melted chocolate and top w peanut’s or sliced almonds put back in freezer then you have a yummy treat 🇺🇸😊
Awesome video, just subscribed to your channel! I just got back after 2 months in Baja and I am already thinking of moving to Mexico. One thing I would suggest is to filter the water and cook most of your meals. A lot of the cheap taco stands don't keep the best hygienic standards in my experience.

Wow. It's beautiful there and you seem ultra-happy! wtg Crosby! Livin' the dream!!!! It's always uplifting to see young people living their lives today in a way many of us just dreamt about. Not sure why you showed up in my feed, maybe Delos sailing or something, but a pleasant surprise nonetheless and a new sub..........scriber. Let's see more of Mex!
Hey Crosby! Glad to see you're safe and enjoying yourself! If I may suggest, remove your jewelry before getting in the water. Its easy to lose and the shiny, glimmering items turn you in to a "lure" for baracuda and other predatory fish
Good to know!!
My parents came from Nayarit... moving permanently within two years to a close town to Sayulita...moving from California to Nayarit will bring a peace of mind.
Chingon el vídeo 😊gracias por promover a este hermoso país y todos sus hermosos destinos turísticos saludos desde GTO .
No bueno, ella no es turista, no lo ves? Vive en nuestro país y no paga impuestos y trabajan aquí.
An admirable life, wish you always good luck, success and happiness
This Is My First time Watching this channel ❤ thanks so much for visit mexico! Welcome to mexico! New suscribe🇲🇽
Thank you!!
That's cool, 10 years ago when i was 20 years old i inherited a nice big house for only myself. No married, no kids, no girlfriend and the big house for only myself for the rest of my life to live there. I live comfortably and in peace 🕊️☺️🏡
Sayulita is a great place I also like Punta de Mita great place to be Love from Canada!!
just landed on your video randomly and I was your neighbour from right across the street by the Kiosko for all of jan-feb. Even tho we never met, I thought that was a fun thing to share here with you
Hi Crosby…great video. Interested in seeing more of Sayulita. I will be visiting this month to PV and may have to add Sayulita to my things to do list. Thanks!
Amazing!! My next video will be the pros and cons of Sayulita, so stay tuned for that
Wow what an amazing video of your life and times. Thanks for sharing this with us that watch your channel.
Mi hermoso pais MÉXICO orgulloso, tuve la oportunidad de conocer saluyita
Thanks for the video. I have been looking for a place in Mexico and for sure will be coming to Sayulita soon. Thanks again.
Lol!! Just Lake Michigan everyone in Wisconsin IL Michigan Indiana we're all bunch of sick polluted lakes, SOME locals even have cancer but so we are f*cked either way North and South of the border.....💅🏽
yes!! agree. I experienced the same thing.
Facts
This is extremely sad 😮
Wish so much I was there! Back quite a few yrs ago we knew a family who lived in the hills of Sayulita...gorgeous views and beaches...But the most fun at that time was taking part in the "Revolution" festival in La Penita. Little kids all dressed up, Police cruising around and standing up in the backs of trucks, little boys carrying fake rifles. (I just love that there are fewer of those types of restrictions than like here in Canada). You are one lucky lady!
Hola hermosa espero pronto vivir en ese hermoso lugar así cómo tú tienes esa maravillosa oportunidad de vivir entre la naturaleza
Mexico is one of my favorite places. Cozumel is my absolute fav.
Hey just happen to watch your video, glad to see the younger generation of women making the move alone. I recently did it as well (Bucerias), I wish I would have done it when I was younger .
It’s so empowering to make the make in any different culture/country …YOLO
wow lovely video great scenery thanks for posting
Fantastic video as alwasy my love! Can't wait to spend 2 weeks there with you soon!

@@CrosbyGraceTravels Daaaanggg.... really well done!
That's sweet you found a nice place to stay. When I think hostile I don't expect to see such a nice place.
Be there Sunday for the first time. Thx for the info...
At least does not announce to the whole world that she travels solo. That is not smart.
Thanks for being the voice of reason on this vlog. She’s living in some kind of fantasyland that can flip any second.
I just followed you on Instagram this morning and then you popped up on my YT homepage this evening!
Ahhh can't wait to get to Mexico!! Looks like you had the best week Crosby! 😀
You will love it!! It’s been amazing so far
Hate USA from Mexico stay in USA if you think it's so great
A very professional video with a very authentic and passionate person.
Literally, I love San Pancho and Sayulita. I've gone every year since 2020. I love every second I'm there. It's nice seeing a different set of eyes in it. I'll have to visit the beach you went to for sunset next time.
That's amazing!! Definitely check out Carricitos, it's stunning
Wow 😲 sayulita looks fire! 🔥 Thanks for the recommendation! 🙏
Crosby glad to see you really enjoying the beaches and the sun😉 20 bucks a night plus AC and organized Yoga 🧘♀️ 😀
It was an awesome time! Thanks for watching :)
Your video documentary is awesome,
You present it in such nice simple way it’s refreshing and that sister’s house hostel is awesome and offers so much to you, beaches, food and local shops look fun and with foods you made crave right now🎉so much I’m going to have to get some tacos 🌮 today !
Thank you so much for your enlightening video! Yeeey sayulita ❤
México te llevo en el corazón México te Amo
Welcome to México. I am glad you like it here. God bless you.
So happy for you girl…bienvenida..you’ll see how we really are welcome everyone. So happy for you…
I just spent 2 weeks in Sayulita in January! We may have even crossed paths! I miss it there so much
This is such a fun and informative video to watch.
Así mismo
I have been to sayulita twice and I totally loved it I'm so jealous
There are a few people working remote 9-5s for European-based companies too (they're always up the earliest!)
I fly the drone myself! Dylan is visiting soon and I'm super excited.
BE SAFE AND BE BLESSED. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR VIDEO!
Beautiful Mexico!!
Never been out of the country.. would love to move somewhere warm. From Illinois. Not ready for winter.. now getting into fall. Enjoy everything you can while you are still young.
WOW que bonito es mi Mexico!!!👏👏

Que. Bueno ! Bendiciones foe a Northern. Mexican in USA that never been in Mexico
Deep south. I still love USA life
My sisters house looks rad for female travelers. We live in San Pancho - say hola it you want :)
It's awesome! I'm in Puerto Escondido now, but appreciate the offer next time I'm there :)
Great video! I’m building my dream beach home in punta mita.
Moving there in November. ❤😊🎉
This town has been “converted” into another USA town due to so many tourists (who stayed longer?) now living there. I wonder if many of the foreigners living there are actually “legal” there and are paying taxes (like if they will be in their countries).
I'm happy that you're having fun in Mexico. As a Mexican, que bueno que te esté gustando el país aunque Sayulita está HORRIBLE!
Stay in USA if you think it's so great hate USA from Mexico
is unfair that Mexico doesnt tax foreigners, because of that "finding freedom from tyrannical goverments", here everything is more expensive because you earn in dollars or euro, here people are struggling on finding flats with fair rents...
You seem to be in a happy place right now. Ride with the tide, go with the flow, lovely girl
Nayarit is a wonderful place, I used to go there often with my family. The capital city Tepic was a very safe place, everything was good, we had never had a problem but recently I heard that crime is rising so be careful.
Attitude of gratitude for who you are and all you share ❤ 🌹
Thanks for the video!FYI, Over $5 USD for a small jar of peanut butter isn’t cheap. That’s what peanut butter costs at Whole Foods in the U.S.
You’ll find much better prices if you check out the Mercado outside the tourist area.
Congrats! I live here alone,, also. And, eating great. Good luck pretty lady! 👍🏽
I just love it there such a bummer about the water...
If you like sweets
Slice banana length & in half then freeze.
Hello, thanks for sharing your videos, it makes me remember how beautiful Mexico is. May God fill you with blessings, beautiful princess.
